Jenn-Air JES9900B Electric Range

Bought this Jenn aire to replace my old one. Loved the look of it and wanted to be consistant in buying a Jenn aire since I already have a hole in the floor and I love the downdraft feature. One of the burners never worked from day 1. Burner was replaced and still did not work. Downdraft did not suck the air like my old Jenn aire did. Seems to me the product quality has deteriorated. Is there no more quality control checks? If not, since the quality has lowered maybe they should lower the price tag. By the way I returned it for a refund. So am still using my old Jenn aire.P.S. Didn`t have the stove long enough to try the oven...
