Best Range EVER

I love to cook and I wanted the quick, even heat of a gas stove with the reliability of electricity for baking. This is the perfect combination and it's very attractive too!

The 5 burners are nice to have especially because I have a lot of oversize pans that would not heat up on a ceramic top or coils. I use the top oven 90% of the time when I cook smaller portions. It heats up very quickly and cooks evenly but any dishes with a lid will not fit in the upper oven.

The lower oven is a great use of space and has the added convenience of convection. The top rack is on easy sliders which you can operate with very little effort. The middle rack has a removable section so large turkeys or roasts will fit without having to sacrifice your whole middle rack. I cooked a thanksgiving meal for 22 and had plenty of room for everything between the ovens.

The operation is simple, it's all electronic and easy to learn to use. The features include convection bake and roast, proofing, drying and toast. My favorite, believe it or not, is toast! I haven't used my traditional toaster in months because this toasts more evenly and quicker than that old crumb factory! I've also used the proofing feature for my homemade bread and it's nice. I also like that the burner knobs are sleek and out of reach of my 2 year old.

My only complaint is that the timer beeps once which you can miss if you aren't in the kitchen. And after burning my first dish I've learned to set a back up timer if I'm going to be doing chores in another room.

I've had my range 5 months and I can tell you it was worth every penny I spent on it!!
