JBL Reference 410 Consumer Headphones

I knew that JBL put out quality speakers, so I thought I'd give these headphones a try. As far as sound goes, they certainly did not disappoint. With solid and clean bass response going as low as 10 Hz(!), they put the "bump" to my eardrums. Big smiles that first day of ownership, until...

I tried to put them on again. CLICK!, and the left side ear piece falls off into my hand. The attachment point from the metal band to the plastic joint where the headphones fold up is VERY weak. So, I trundle off to get a replacement pair at Office Depot, where I bought them...

My second pair last almost a week before doing the SAME thing. This time, I epoxy the joint together which has held together well. But, this morning, the OTHER side came apart. ARGH...

I love the sound from these headphones, so I'll epoxy the other side to see if I can get a decent life out of them. If not, they're going back AGAIN.
