Home Alone 3 beats it all

Home Alone 3 is the descendant to Home Alone 1 and 2 with Macauley Culkin. This movie has not gotten good critics, because they don’t think that it is an original movie. It may be true, that it is not original, but it sure is funny. I saw this movie 26th of December 1997, together with the whole family (we where having an after Christmas party, eating and watching a movie, which now was the choice for this evening. We couldn’t see a movie for adults since it my younger cousins and nephews where with us). This movie starts differently from the other movies: In Home Alone 1, we find he whole family messing around in the house and it is very confusing. They try to eat a dinner, but then Kevin screws it all up. In Home Alone 2, we find the whole family running around, exactly like the first one. But, here Kevin follows them to the airport, and he loses them and takes a flight to New York. But here, in Home Alone 3 it is about the bad guys buying a computer chip. At the airport they accidentally lose their chip, and they track it to a suburb, where the main character lives, Alex Pruitt (Alex D. Linz). Why don’t I tell you a little bit about this story and you can decide for yourself.

Alex Pruitt is an 8-year-old boy, which is home alone. Not because of an accident or mistake, but because of chicken pox which he has gotten with him from a trip. But that is not the only thing.. His neighbor, Mrs. Hess, has given him a toy car, which contains a chip. A chip which can change the worlds military force. A chip which four crooks wants badly, and they will do anything to get it! But even though Alex is sick, he is not blind… He notices the bad guys, and decides to put a stop to them once and for all, doing whatever it takes. He will not let them get into his house, they will not defeat him there! And even though they are equipped with the latest technology, they have to admit defeat to this eight-year-old. This is really raw stuff!

This movie is very similar to the other Home Alone movies. But it is still original, and very fun to watch. The actors in this movie are doing a wonderful job, and Alex D. Linz (“Tarzan”) is doing the best. This is really biding you on fun stuff. If you liked the two other Home Alone movies, you will love Home Alone 3. This is very good, but this is a little bit too obvious what is going to happen. Alex is going to defeat those guys, who would have guessed? But, it is wonderful. You should see it, this is wonderful.
