Inferior machine

Pros: The fax machine is smooth an effortless to use.

Cons: Answering machine is very inferior in quality to other brands.

Bought this machine to use as a fax and answering machine. Fax machine worked flawlessly. Answer machine never did work. After working with HP, they finally stated that it wasn't functioning properly and should be returned to the store. The replacement was better, but still very difficult to understand the messages.
