Pros: Cloths are clean, For the price it's the 911 for washing machines

Cons: Can not go wrong. I wanted an efficient one and it did the job 100%.

For the price, it's the best thing since slice bread. I wanted to buy the top of the line Miele, but I couldn't afford it at the moment so in transit I opted to buy this one. I have used the KENMORE most of the top load brands, the Maytag Neptune and the Whirlpool, but NON I say NON has ever been able to clean my towels as CLEAN AS it did. It cleaned the towels WHITE without bleach. All other brands require bleach to get it looking remotely white.

For the price it's a baby Miele.
