Thermostat Temp. not cold for Cold Beer

I purchased a Haier Kegerator 3 months ago along with a BBQ Island. So far, on the coldest setting, the Kegerator only gets down to 40-43 degrees, which is not good for cold beer from a mini-keg. The ideal temp. is supposed to be 35-40 degrees.

So far the company I bought it from, Island BBQ in Corona, CA, has NOT stood by its recommendation of this Kegerator and has told me it is a "Manufacturer Warranty" issue. When I had the contracting repair co. for Haier come out, they said it was working "fine". The manual from Haier describes the normal setting should keep the beer at a temp. between 35-40 degrees. Well, I guess at Max. Cold setting, this is not the case here!

It is too bad we as consumers have to put up with poor customer service from these companies. Buyer beware! I hope this helps other consumers like myself.
