Green Power GS-1000 190 Watts Juicer

I've been using this daily for over a month now, and am pleased with it. I like the happy green stripe on the sides. I wanted a juicer that would juice both wheat grass and regular juices. This is a twin screw and the pulp really does come out dry. It juices everything I've thrown at it, even limp cukes. My only complaint is the washing up of lots of crevices and parts, but if you wash it right away, everything just rinses off and they supply a brush. If you park the juicer near your sink, you can also just turn it to spray rinse the body where it connects to the juicer parts. I love ice cream, cheese and steak but after reading The China Study, we've become vegan raw foodists and the Greenstar really helps. I freeze small cut up chunks of fruit and put them through the juicer using the supplied blank and make the best sorbet I've ever had. If you get perfect, really ripe fruit, you won't need any sweetener. I make fake meat pate using sprouted beans with the blank and chili powder added after by hand and dehydrate it, Yum. Tastes a lot like meatloaf. Mild fake meat pate: Juice 1 part sprouted beans, 1 part raw mushrooms, add herbs of your choice, dehydrate. If you want a powerful cleanse to kidneys and liver, add beets to your juices.
