Pros: Quiet the majority of times. Dishes come clean. Energy-star compliant. Holds a lot of dishes.

Cons: Noisy drain pump.

Review: I thought this would be a little quieter all the way through the wash cycle. From what I've read it's normal and attributed to the drain pump. Humming and vibrating during that time only. Otherwise, it's a quiet model.
