What Warranty?

I purchased my wine cellar at The Home Depot also (model HDC36SS under the Everstar brand name). After a few months it quit working. I called Everstar and they had a technician of their choosing come out. He said the unit was "nonrepairable". I called Everstar back about a refund. They offered a replacement, but it never came. Now I'm insisting on a refund. I've been calling Everstar every 3 or 4 weeks since then - about 4 months now. All I get are excuses, and promises that are never kept. I wouldn't burden a charity with mine - it's going to the landfill.
