Good for people already in good shape.

I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before I bought Leg Magic...Complaints  that I most commonly heard: 1) Noise the machine makes 2) High Cost 3) Height of Handle Bar 

My review: After buying it- 1) Noise of machine: I took cooking spray on a paper towel and wiped the rods with it, now it doesn't make any noise and glides really smooth. 2) High Cost: Shop around! You don't have to buy it online. I bought it at Target and they had a $20 gift card offer for it, so only paid $110, you could probablly find it cheaper than that.  3) Lack of height of handle bar: I am 5'10" so I was worried about this....But it's fine- Here's a better solution: Don't use the handle bar!!!!! Use your balance. 

One final tip: have a slight bend in your knees when you use this. I found that i had a little bit of strain on my knees when using the machine, but after slightly bending then, it felt much better. 

One complaint: i don't feel anything in my outer legs or butt. That was advertised on the box....I know they have an excercise routine in the pamphlet but I use Leg Magic when I am in the house, during commercials, or reading the paper. I have another excercise routine that i have at the gym...
