Product Review

Hey Mikey, he LIKES it!!!

by   queenamber ,   Oct 31, 2005

Pros:  Fussy children like it. Easy to move, and more room.

Cons:  Not enough accessories.

The Bottom Line:  Great for a single mom trying to juggle two kids in the store, or just needing to get out of the house. great deal for the price.

Overall Rating: 3/5 stars

Author's Review

I recently bought this stroller because while I was out at the store shopping with my two children, the front seat of our current stroller completely broke, leaving my 2 year old son on the floor. I, like any mom, was VERY upset. This was the last straw with this current stroller, so While I was at the store I went to the baby section to get a new double stroller. This was the only model they had in stock, so I had to take a limited decision. I was lucky that it turned out to be exactly what we needed.

I finally found a stroller that my older sons likes and won't scream the entire time he is in the stroller. In fact, at home he goes and climbs in it just for fun!
I am very pleased with the extra room this stroller provides compared to other models. My older son is able to sit in the front seat and my younger son can sit in the back without being crowded and his feet squashed by the seat in front. I love the ease in which I can handle this stroller. It is easy to control because of the larger wheels. It keeps the front seat higher from the ground so my son cannot drag his feet. I also like the front snack tray that helps keep my son happy.
It's wonderful that they have an extra sun shield over the front seat, and in addition it adjusts for the size of the child. I like the little see through window on top of the sun shield so that I can glance down and check on the children while walking. And the cup holder for the operator of the stroller is a wonderful addition as well.

There are only a few things I don't like about this stroller. I wish there was another snack tray for the second seat. Also, the cup holder on the snack tray isn't large enough to hold my sons sippy cup. You have to have a smaller cup or a bottle to fit in the tray. I wish the back seat had more than just two positions. And it is a little hard to secure in the open position after it's been folded up. I don't know if it's the fault of the stroller, or just that it's new. It would also be a great help it is had the front wheel lock to have a more secure stationary position.
