Fantastic Customer Service

I received this particular Evenflo Stroller as a gift from my parents, at first I was a little scepticalabout the stroller due to its size. Honestly it is huge and pretty heavy to haul in and out of the car. Not to mention that the opening and closing mechanism wasn't always instantaneous. However, the more I used it the more I got attached to it. Despite its size it is incredibly easy to use and the security features are overwhelming. I think this is one of the only strollers I have come across that has both front and back breaks on the wheels. Not too mention the huge basket at the bottom that practically allows you to place your diaper bag plus 3 medium size shopping bags. It is a godsend when I go out shopping with my children.
No too long ago however, the opening and closing mechanism of the stroller became defective and I was devastated! My husband told me too just throw it away as there was nothing that would allow us to fix the stroller but I was not going to give up on my outing sidekick. So I decided to contact Evenflo headquarters in the US(as I am Canadian) and see if they possibly had a solution. It was the greatest customer service experience of my life. Not only did they send me a new stroller and paid for the shipping via FedEx they didn't even want the defective one back! They simply asked me to render the defective stroller unusable by tearing out the secure straps inside the stroller and to send them the straps as a sign of good faith! I couldn't believe it! Not only was the whole experience hassle free but I got a brand new stroller which I loved in a matter of a few days! I honestly recommend this stroller and company to anyone and everyone who is thinking of having a child!
