Pros: NONE - Because it does not work. 3 Units all defective!

Cons: Waste of time, money, and sanity.

I have had only problems with Euro-Pro Fryers. The main unit shuts off for no reason. I waited over 3 months to get a new part. The new part had the same problem. If you are thinking about buying a Euro-Pro Fryer, DON'T! Run. Run away. Run FAST!
