Cons: unreliable unit; unresponsive tech support

Unit has an overheating problem which causes it
to fail with "No Signal" error using
the digital tuner after 5min.

Tech support is unacceptably unresponsive.
It took 3 days to even acknowledge the filing of
a ticket. I am still waiting for a resolution 7
days later. No phone support at all.
