Love it

Oh! My child just loves this DVD. It is fun educational and very very colorful. And it gives mom time to cook and clean.

I think Dora teaches very early on the importance of maps. My child is a very big fan of maps now. The monkey character Boots, Dora's best friend is also a very cute character and together they make a very good team with map and backpack.

There are not very many characters and distractions in the whole concept that makes it very interesting to watch and learn.

If you are new parent and don't know much about DORA here is a gist of the Dora concept - Dora is a cute little Hispanic girl with colorful clothes who goes on adventures with her little red boot wearing friend, named Boots. They go on their adventures with their backpack and map.

Dora's method of learning is very interactive and your kid will love watching and learning with Dora.

In this DVD, there are 2 main episodes 1)Lost Map 2)Super Map and two bonus episodes - "Three Little Piggies" and "Lost and Found".

Watching this DVD will help your child to learn some spanish words like "rojo" (for the color red) or "amarillo" (for the color yellow) or "salta" (to jump).

You can go a step further with this DVD and make it your own experience with your child by using your own self designed maps to play a game of hide and seek or to hunt for a toy at home.
