Pros: Cheap, easy fit on the ears.

Cons: Tinny, (but equalizer can help)

Have used these headphones with Insignia 4Gb Mp3/Video Player and found the sound ok, with a bit of a tinny sound for high pitches. Using the equalizer and reducing manually the 6k, 3k and 1k ranges a couple of notches seemed to help some. Overall for $15 you get what you pay for.
