DCS 36/48" BGB Grill

I was very excited when purchasing my first gas grill. Then I got it and the problems started, First with shipping, these should definitely be better protected especially the cart - horribly packaged, the first cart had several dents and was so twisted that the large door could not be shut.

An authorized service person came out about 10 days after I assembled the grill, they stated the grill could not be fixed, Fisher and Paykel "customer service" suggested immediately that it would be replaced, It has been over twenty days since this "repair" was started and I have not received a single phone call from either DCS or their service center down under.

I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received, I cannot believe that this company will continue its success much longer with these levels of service!

Wow I paid a lot for that darn grill :( !
