The A B C's of taking care of Mommy.
Pros:
The rhythm of the music goes along with each movement.
Cons:
Level C is a little too hard for me yet.
The Bottom Line:
Fun to workout with Cindy. The 3 different levels allow you more variety. This is a perfect video for mommy after baby arrives.

Author's Review
I don't own too many workout videos (about 4 total now), but I must say that I am particular. I usually rent them before buying them.
I love this video. After I had our son, I lost most all of the weight easily anyway, but I wanted to do something good for myself. After buying everything for our son, I deserved to buy something for myself for a change. I had read a review on Estyle.com and took the chance to buy this video when it first came out.
I was impressed. The music is fun and the rhythm goes along with each movement.
There are three different workouts; A for the beginner, B for the intermediate level & C for the advanced. You can pick and choose and even do them all. I love B the best. C is very hard for me because I'm not very strong.
"A" workout is fairly quick for those on the run that don't have lots of time to workout. Cindy and her personal trainer do alot of stretching and bending. I get a little sweat out of this one though.
"B" includes everything "A" does, but a little bit more hopping and more strenuous activities.
"C" gives you a major workout. Make sure you have your water bottle out to replace the sweat. Cindy and her trainer are outside doing this workout and you will see why. You really don't have to be all that coordinated to do this one, but it does take a couple of times to get it right for the clumpsy like me.
What I like best about this video is that you don't have to go out and buy anything special to do the exercises. In B, she uses a chair and some playing cards for example.
It's a great video for picking up where you left off after having a baby. There is a tender style to watching it and if you were like me, very emotional, after having your baby, it might put you in tears. I mean it shows video clips of her and her new baby and husband as a new family. It's a reminder how precious your own baby is.
This video is great for any woman as well. Not just for the new mother. It works your muscles and you can feel it working.
This video is very up-to-date and different from any other workout video I have ever seen. It's not boring, the shots are fun to watch and it's good for any level of workout.
