My First Love - The 1995 Chevy Caprice

Our family car soon became my first car when I was 16. I'm not sure how much it cost because it was just handed down to me. It was huge and a monster - but I soon grew to love my Bluesmobile [One of the many names it was given]. By the time I gotten it, the Caprice was about 10 years old with over 200,000 miles on it and some things on the interior that wasn't to it's prime- but the engine like it was off the market yesterday. The engine still roared, challenging any of my friends in the school parking lot with their tiny v6 Mustangs.

Our Caprice has been everywhere - we even took it to the mountains one year and we attached a 26' pull behind camper and it ran beautfully. It was the car that my mom used when she held Girl Scout events because she could cram 5 other screaming girls comfortably - and we could of had about 3 more crammed in there because the inside is so roomy. Now it is being used to haul around my teenage friends - some of them not a mere 100 pounds - and it fits up to 4 other adults comfortably. [but I have crammed 5 other people in the car with no one complaining.]

Our Caprice is about 11 or so odd years old now, and the engine has only given out 3 times. This car would run till the only things on it were the engine, a steering wheel, and the tires.
