Not user friendly

I have spent way too much time trying to figure out how to do things - like going from the first label area to the second label area when using the computer program. The manual does not address the software which accompanies the disc writer and the help menu is absolutely useless! When I typed in "label area 2", it would tell me where it was, but not how to get there! Then, after storing the titles as two separate cd titles, I could not get the program to connect with the computer. The computer said the connection was fine. So I input the titles directly into the printer unit. It doesn't print well on HP discs. The ink doesn't print on some areas. Although there is a backspace key, there is no back function, so if you change your mind about layout after you push set, you need to start over. The manual is not easy to use. There is no word index in the back.
