steve mcqueen is the man. okay so he's a spectacular cop, as opposed to the real life wonders who pull you over and act like.. well, cops. so just fast forward to about the middle of the movie, when the boss 302 jumps into action. oh great balls of tacos, this is one awesome car chase. no stupid rock and roll music, just big open muffled v-8 power. gritty before hollywood got gritty, shows how tough the bay city can be. man, I don't know what people are thinking about san fran being all sensitive. This town is raw and the hills make this movie one of the best car chase scenes of all history, and that's important.
