Brother MFC-845CW All-In-One InkJet Printer

The set-up instructions are obtuse at best and customer service is beyond horrendous. After 3 hours of re-entering security keys we finally got the printer to connect to our Linksys wireless router. We just replaced our old router with another Linksys and now keep getting "Connection Error". Brother's "customer service" kept referring us to Linksys as a router problem (yet 5 wireless computers in our house work perfectly with the new router) and the "high-level" customer service representative, Tanisha, didn't even know what a WPA key was. The printer is now a doorstop if we want it to function as a wireless; if you want a wired printer but an HP or a Canon. The 845CW SUCKS! and so does Brother's "customer service".
