Good - when it works...

Easy to set up. Decent sound. BUT buggy. The first system I had worked perfectly for about 10 months but then the media center started having a mind of its own and refusing to start up. I paid the standard repair fee - approx $135 - and shipped it off. Several weeks later it came back in a worse state than before. Bose replaced the unit - no questions asked. The new unit has developed issues after about 8 months. It doesn't recognize all DVDs - whereas my cheaper player does. It sometimes refuses to open (I have to turn it off at the power to get it to work). I just hope it "hangs in there" until I get my money's worth and then decide to get a new system.
