A lot of the "Not That" foods they mention look so appetizing on the page.

Author's Review
I hardly ever browse the book section at Wal-Mart, but on that fateful night about 2 weeks ago, I did. I saw "Eat This Not That", and quickly flipped through it. It looked very easy to follow, so I bought it. I had no idea how truly terribly I ate, until I saw my menu on the "Worst Foods" list. For about 2 weeks now, I've carried this book in my purse. It is very easy to whip it out while I'm waiting in the drive-through line and find the page I'm looking for. A few substitutions or subtle alterations to my usual meal, and already I feel better about my eating habits. In addition, I've lost 8 pounds in two weeks. All I did, was make a few substitutions in my daily menu, and the weight seemed to fall off. I certainly didn't exercise any more than usual, unless you call walking to the mailbox exercise. I absolutely love how easy it is to use this book. I'm not embarrassed to whip it out while grocery shopping or while in line at some other food joint. At least I'm trying to eat healthier. I also like that it has several different sections to refer to for ideas on a particular eating place. I also love that it includes the best and worst foods for a healthier diet. It really does make grocery shopping a lot easier. I look forward to continue dropping weight and eating healthy by using this book. I definately recommend it for anyone trying to maintain healthier eating habits.
