Awesome little cleaner!

I'm really surprised at some of the negative reviews on here regarding this product. I have never had any problems with this steam cleaner, and use it almost weekly! With 2 small children in the house there is almost always something to clean up. I switched to this portable model after getting tired if hauling out my full-size Bissel upright steam cleaner. This is a dream come true! It's very lightweight, and all the attachments are right on board. One tank of water & cleaning solution easily cleans several areas, and it's nice to be able to move it quickly & effortlessly from room to room. It's extremely easy to use - and the water heater works perfectly - the water gets hot in under a minute, all at the touch of a button. The sprayer works well, as do both brushes, and the suction is great - even on berber carpet. The suction on this unit works better than on my full-size unit. The only downside I can think of is that when it sprays water & solution, it sprays in about an 18" radius - this makes cleaning small areas & upholstery difficult. Both tanks are simple to fill & empty. Clean up is a snap, and done in minutes. I would recommend this to anyone who needs something they can grab quickly when needed.
