Nice looking Fridge -- Be careful about Warranty Support

Pros: Compact size, great for a New York apartment. Frost Free.

Cons: SLOW SLOW SLOW end-to-end warranty service

I bought this fridge on 8/22/07.

I had no trouble with it until it stopped cooling on 7/23/08.

Warranty support dispatched a technician on 7/30. The compressor was blown and a new one would have to be ordered from the manufacturer.

To make a long story short the unit was finally repaired on 8/13/08.

I did without a fridge for nearly 3 weeks :-(
