Alvin and the chipmunks

The Bottom Line: This is a great movie that you can watch with your whole family.
When I first walked into the theater to watch this movie with my younger cousin, I was a little unsure about it. I expected it to be boring and aimed towards younger kids and fortunately I was proved wrong. To my surprise and liking, Alvin and the chipmunks was no doubt an extraordinary movie that is great for both kids and adults of all ages. This movie is based on the adorable cartoon about three cute little chipmunks; Alvin, Simon, and Theodore. What I personally think is best about this movie is that it is very similar to the cartoon series. This movie is cute and funny. Every scene has something new to laugh about. Alvin and the Chipmunks is also very enjoyable because it isn t just a pointless movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks actually has a storyline. Alvin and the Chipmunks is about three chipmunk brothers; Alvin, Simon, and Theodore who have an amazing ability to sing. These cute and fuzzy little rockstars go through so much throughout the course of this movie. They get a real family, become rockstars, are kidnapped, and by the end of the movie you will find yourself rooting for Alvin and the gang to be rescued by their father Dave.
