Pros: 4-tweeters, good looks, remote control, additional RCA-input, good highs and bass
Cons: Mids are missing, no treble/bass adjustment on speakers (relies on remote), no feedback on adjustments
The Bottom Line: Hip-hop/rap listeners, movie watchers, and gamers apply. If you don't care about mid-frequencies, you may love this set!

Review: If you have been following my reviews lately, you would know that I have been actively searching for a pair of good 2.1 speakers for my gaming rig. I was toying around with the idea, hoping to still save money by sticking with my old cheap (paid $27...

Pros: Remote with good range Sleek design Can get pretty loud.
Cons: Volume control Key features unusable without remote Bass is too loud
The Bottom Line: Buy the VS4121's, or upgrade to a higher price range. I bought Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 Speakers. For $120, they are the best speakers I have ever had.

Review: Do not purchase these. There are better systems out there that are of equal or lesser value. I returned mine after a week.

Pros: Adequate power, accurate bass, simple setup, sounds good
Cons: Perhaps not as good as the previous generation?
The Bottom Line: Exceptional sound quality for the price, but lack of visual feedback on all settings and total dependence on the remote keep it from a 5 star rating.

Review: As the successor to the VS4121 package, the VS4221 2.1 system has it's ups and downs, but overall is a very nice sounding package for a good price.
Let's get the negative out of the way first - and really, there's only one. The older... |

Cons: No controls on speakers other than volume.

Review: This system delivers rich, surround sound from only 3 speakers. The highs are crisp. Bass is distinct and rich. Hooked it up to my television and thought I was in a movie theater. Life-like sound. I thought my Altec Lansing VS2321 was good (which it...
