Cheap way to convert your old VHS tapes

The Bottom Line: good for basic video capture/TV for those wanting stereo input/output should opt for ATI's TV Wonder and not the VE

The Bottom Line: I would NOT recommend this card because of the picture quality is so poor.Problems with Hyperthread technology. Frequent lock ups. Must use loop wire to sound card input.
