This is new DECT Technology, and it works well!

The Best cordless phone.

The Bottom Line: I would buy this package again. It's been trouble-free and just a high quality package in general.
Review: We bought this Panasonic KX-TG1032 to replace a GE set that was poor in general. That was over a year ago.
The reason for switching to Panasonic was motivated mostly by reviews for this product. They also had a decent warranty.
