Strap on the KangaKid - what appears to be a regular, full capacity (four zippered compartments and plenty of mesh pockets) backpack with luxurious shoulder straps and a padded hipbelt. In addition to all of the features of a high end backpack, the KangaKid unzips to reveal (gasp!) a full child cockpit.

Handy Small back pack Baby Carrier

The Bottom Line: Great hidden small child carrier built into a back pack. Very comfortable to wear even for long day hikes. Only drawbacks are no stirrups and low weight limit.

The Bottom Line: Highly recommend this pack for many reasons ** but caution that no stand = difficult to get on and off with the weight your baby inside. Takes strength & practice.
