Pros: The stupid software installation does not recognize the serial number.
Cons: I can't say anything good about this product. It doesn't recognize the serial number.

Lousy capture quality, bad audio, bad customer service

Pros: There is nothing good to say about this item.
Cons: Video/Audio terrible. Terrible support from Zio, the company that hides behind their phone system.
The Bottom Line: Don't waste your money on this item.

Review: If you are trying to convert your VHS or 8MM home videos to DVD, don't waste your money trying to accomplish it with this product. It still amazes me that some technology companies (Like Zio Corp who makes this item), can produce and sell products...

Cons: Flaky drivers, frequent software lock-ups, poor video and audio quality.
The Bottom Line: Avoid this product unless you enjoy self torture.
