Yachting for the Upper Crust

Pros: Great online deal; beautiful pictures.
Cons: Ads, ads, ads. Not much more in this magazine - go to the website.
The Bottom Line: You can keep this on your yacht and flip through it while drinking your martini. If that isn't you, forget it.

Review: I have in front of me 2 issues of Yachting magazine. I have owned 2 motorboats, one we sold about 3 years ago. I live on the water and dream of some day owning another one. Of course nothing we ever own will compare to either of the boats...

Pros: Lots of information on beautiful motor & sailing yachts, beautiful photographs, new products/electronics reviews
Cons: Many ads, boat reviews & tests lack integrity, superficial destination articles, little else
The Bottom Line: If you enjoy drooling over expensive yachts photos and viewing interiors, you'll enjoy Yachting magazine. Otherwise, there isn't much here to warrant buying issues. It is mostly ads.

Pros: The great photograpshs; A few good travel magazine
Cons: Loaded with classified ads; Impractical, fantasy material
The Bottom Line: This magazine has some good points, but it offers unrealistic reading material for the average mortel.
