Pros: Nice packaging, helpful dieting and exercise tips ...that can be found a million other places...
Cons: Forgawdsakes ...take personal responsibility for what you put in your body. Check it out thoroughly.
The Bottom Line: Herbs, minerals, and vitamins can be good for you. Just make sure you check them out thoroughly and have reasonable expectations of how this product might work for you.

Pros: None in particular
Cons: Pricey tag for the little bit of jittery energy that it gives.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I've purchased this several times when I was trying to lose weight following the birth of my son. What I will say is that the product didn't amp up my metabolism but it did give me a jittery type of energy. That energy if translated into exercise...
