Pros: All the episodes of my very favorite X-Files season -- all in one set!
Cons: There are some great extras, but I still want more!
The Bottom Line: Absolutely the best way to watch an excellent television show! Season two is my very favorite X-Files season, and I cannot recommend these DVDs highly enough.

Pros: excellent balance of ongoing stories and stand-alone stories, characters fleshed out, good comic moments
Cons: some episodes weaker than others, the way deleted scenes are presented within the episodes
The Bottom Line:

Gillian Anderson's pregnancy might have been the best thing that could have happened to this series.

Pros: exceptionally great season, some great story arcs, characters developed further, great finale
Cons: none!
The Bottom Line: Building off the first season, the second set of DVD's from the X-Files vault improved upon every facet of the show, and really set the groundwork for future episodes.
