Great nav system for a great price

Pros: Great iGuidance software, excellent GPS lock-on, pre-loaded US maps w/option to include Canada.
Cons: very minor-must exit nav software before powering unit off.
The Bottom Line: highly functional navigation unit with mature software, great GPS receiver and very aggressive price.

Review: I was able to pick up a WGPX-550 at Compusa for $249 after $100 rebate. I choose the unit mainly based on low price, but was extremely happy to discover that its navigation software is iGuidance.

Impressive performance, though lacking in features

Pros: Excellent reception and performance, quick start time, accurate navigation
Cons: Lacking in features, buggy, volume for spoken directions is low.
The Bottom Line: An excellent, easy to use navigation system if you can get it at a good price.

Pros: Excellent portability. Good size, shape, display and audio. Advanced warning of upcoming turns.
Cons: Slow cold boot. Travel bag (separate purchase) is a must.
The Bottom Line: I'd buy it again. Size, display and coverage are good. Very portable and easy to use.
