Poor customer service.

The Bottom Line: Avoid it due to the poor customer service
Review: I have had this phone for three months and the battery will not stay charged longer than five minutes. I have contacted the company and emailed several times trying to get a new battery. Getting the run-a-round. I kept getting emails from vtech...

Review: I was trying to be economical by buying this phone, but found that by the time I connected the phone and used it for a couple of weeks the volume was defective. Special functions such as redialing from call history didn't work either.
