Freezer holds -10°F. 360° circular airflow for uniform product cooling. Interior: white vinyl coated aluminum sides and top, coved corners and stainless steel floor. Worktop features stainless steel backsplash - one piece formed construction. All stainless steel front, top and sides. Door swings within cabinet dimensions. Work surface 36 high. All models now feature recessed handles. .040 anodized quality aluminum finished back. Self-contained system. Adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves (not available in drawer models). Foamed-in-place high density polyurethane insulation. 5 swivel casters standard equipment. Legs available. Drawer models accommodate one 12 x 20 hotel pan per drawer (48 models accommodate one 12 x 18 pan per drawer). Pans not included. Doors: 2 - Cubic Feet: 15.5 - L x D x H: 60-1/4 x 30 x 36
