Pros: Compact size yet large, clear 3.5" screen, excellent user-interface and software, vocal commands clearly spoken.
Cons: Searching for POIs can be frustrating due to lack of information, still can't vocalize streetnames.
The Bottom Line: If you want the easiest user interface and smoothest recalculations in a GPS system, the TomTom GO-700 is for you. It's slightly lacking in a few areas hence four-stars.

Many Features But Unreliable In Several Ways

Pros: Small size, touchscreen use using fingertip only.
Cons: Poor reliability, Bluetooth only on select phones.
The Bottom Line: Unfortunately I cannot recommend a product that has failed twice in six months time. The TeleAtlas mapping is only fair when compared to NavTeq which gives street names by voice.

TomTom Go 700 vs. Garmin c330

Pros: Bluetooth, compact design, advanced route planning features, touchscreen
Cons: Bluetooth incompatible with Verizon, inferior maps
The Bottom Line: If Bluetooth compatibility and advanced route planning options aren't of much importance to you, choose the Garmin c330 for its better maps and navigation.
