Great picture for the cost.

Pros: Great price, great picture, and good sound.
Cons: The blacks could be darker other than that none.
The Bottom Line: For what I paid for it it's a no brainer, for under $900 it's a must buy.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Now I can't say this is my first HD purchase when it comes to televisions but still it is my first step into full definition, and yes I'm talkin' 1080p.

I'll start by filling in the non techno's out there 1080p(progressive) is at this time...

Great tv until 14 months of use. Then it died. No help.

Pros: Television was great for a little more than a year.
Cons: Television required repair barely a year after purchase and the manufacturer didn't care.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: We bought our sylvania lc420ss8 on black friday of 2007 making the tv a little more than a year old. The tv always worked great until this week when it would not turn on anymore and we were getting blinking green led lights. I contacted Sylvania...
