The Supermicro H8DC8: What a headache.

Pros: Fast on dual-core Opterons, fast throughput and RAM, Excellent performance overall--as always, for dual-socket Opteron!
Cons: One onboard SCSI died twice; installation was difficult; poor layout/design/placement of components; website/online updates/drivers primitive
The Bottom Line: I regretted trying out this motherboard. Not really worth it for the trouble or performance. Can't beat the competition like Tyan.
