Pros: Vocal/instruments improved hearing, less feedback, ear protection, no more lugging round big wedges!

Cons: Cost, takes getting used to, the more work put in the better it will be.

The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for especially large venues or anytime you need to hear yourself w/o shouting over your other band mates!
