Based on the industry-standard DDS (DAT) format, it features up to 24-Gbytes compressed capacity per cartridge and backup speeds of up to 132 Mbytes per minute. Seagate Scorpion external solutions also include power cord and Resource CD. All Scorpion DDS drives are covered by both a 3-year limited warranty and qualify for Seagate's REACT Rapid Replacement program.
