Inexpensive, true confetti cut, with minor drawbacks

Pros: Cuts ideally small pieces. Has about an hour of stamina (heat limited). Big bin.
Cons: Cheap cardboard bin. Doesn't have a powerful motor. May not digest paperclips.
The Bottom Line: A good buy, with minor drawbacks, if you want an inexpensive true confetti-cut shredder (light to medium duty).

Cons: IT DOESN'T WORK. THAT'S QUITE AN EXPENSIVE SHREDDER
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I paid 419.00 in April 2005 and the shredder just quit on me today. I have never tried to shred more than 5 pieces of paper at a time although it says u can shred 12 pieces.
I do not use it every day and it is basically used to shred junk mail...
