The Royal js800 is a cheap shredder for minimum usage.

Pros: The Royal js800 is inexpensive, small, lightweight and easy to operate.
Cons: This shredder can only handle 2-3 sheets at a time and jams easily.
The Bottom Line: It's an inexpensive little shredder and a simple machine for light usage or a great starter shredder for the person not sure if they will really use one.
This reviewer recommends this product.

Don't buy this from Target.com

Pros: I assume that it shreds paper (i returned mine without using it).
Cons: Does not have expandable wastebasket as advertised on target.com
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: Target.com advertises this product as follows: "it has a full-size wastebasket that expands to stand on the floor, and collapses to 9-1/2" tall to sit on your desk or countertop." After ordering it, I found that it comes with a regular wastebasket...
