Might work for some But I was disappointed

Pros: Seems simple, does not require dedicated network wiring, indicator lights
Cons: BIG plugin device, Support very bad, Does not support Mac
The Bottom Line: I would only recommend this device to people using Windows systems who understand the technology and who will not need support from NetGear

Pros: no cables through the house, easy installation
Cons: it stops working shortly after warranty expires, terrible so-called customer service

Just what Kingtech Ordered!

Pros: Super easy to install. Very Portable. Very minimal configuration.
Cons: Wall units larger than I thought. No big deal though.
The Bottom Line: This kit delivers exactly what it promised and the installation is idiot-proof.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: The walls in my house are thick. Some of them are over 12 inches thick...and made of concrete. So even in the next room the wireless signal on my notebook computer would seldom see a signal strength above 40%. I also use my notebook in the garage...
