Dependable, Competent, Cheap

Pros: Better than average performance in this price range.
Cons: Wished she had a pre-wash and/or soak cycle.
The Bottom Line: This washer offers a lot as compared to her competition. Though Maytag hit the skids for a while, it looks like their quality control is back in a big way.

Pros: Many control panel options.
Cons: Noisy and has leaked continuously.

Review: WE BOUGHT THIS MACHINE AND WERE TOLD IT IS NORMAL FOR IT TO THROW A GALLON OF WATER ON THE FLOOR WHEN ON THE SMALL LOAD SETTING. MAYTAG TOLD US "WE SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A NICER MACHINE". THANKFULLY LOWES TOOK IT BACK
