Maytag MED5800TWD Terrible dryer. Do not buy

Pros: Big internal barrel, but it cannot even dry a regular load in a timely fashion.

Cons: It takes 2 or more hours to dry a load of laundry.

The Bottom Line: Do not buy this dryer

This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Review: Maytag MED5800TWD takes 2-3 times longer to dry loads (Temperature fabric setting: High and Heavy with Wrinkle Prevent off) than my 15-year-old Maytag did before the heating element went out.

A load with 4 pairs of jeans and 12 t-shirts...
