Pros: Easy to program and use. Touch screen is real nice. Great Company.

Cons: The map upgrade could be just a download and not sent out on disk.

Review: I purchased a 4210 from Canadian Tire and had to deal with Magellan with a warranty issue. The unit locked up when I tried to install the free map upgrade in the unit. Magellan treated me great and went overboard to make sure I was looked after and...
